How do I place an order on Kingwinder?
Choose your watch winder model and size, select your preferred finish, then add it to cart and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to save your details and view order history. After payment is confirmed, youâll receive an email order confirmation.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, weâll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. If your order ships in multiple boxes, youâll receive separate tracking details for each parcel.

How are watch winders packaged?
Each winder is placed in a branded box with protective materials, then secured inside a reinforced shipping carton. This dual-layer packaging helps prevent damage during transit and ensures your item arrives in perfect condition.

How long does shipping take?
âReady to Shipâ items usually leave our facility within 24â48 hours (1â2 business days). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5â10 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Peak seasons or unforeseen events can extend transit times.
Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
Yes. We ship worldwide via express couriers (DHL, EMS, UPS). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight, so youâll see the exact cost before paying. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasnât shipped yet, contact Kingwinder Customer Support immediately and weâll try to update the address. Once a parcel is in transit, changes may be limited by the carrier, so please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant gateway over SSL/TLS encryption. We never store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. For added protection, some transactions may require 3-D Secure or bank authentication.
When is my card charged?
Most orders are authorized at checkout and captured (charged) when your order is confirmed for shipment. Some banks place a temporary hold that drops off automatically if an order is canceled or adjusted.
What currency and taxes are applied?
All prices are in USD. If you pay in another currency, your bank handles the conversion at its rate. Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. International duties and import fees are collected by local authorities and are not included in your payment to Kingwinder.
My payment was declinedâwhat should I do?
First, confirm your card details, billing address (AVS match), available funds, and any bank fraud alerts. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank to approve the transaction. You can also reach Kingwinder Customer Support for a manual invoice or bank transfer guidance.
How do refunds work and how long do they take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process refunds within 5 business days after your return is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3â10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Orders and Returns
How can I check the status of my order?
After checkout youâll receive an order confirmation by email. Once shipped, weâll send a tracking number so you can follow the parcel in real time. You can also view status and history by logging into your Kingwinder account.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If your order hasnât shipped yet, contact Kingwinder Customer Support immediately to request an address change, item swap, or cancellation. Once the parcel is in transit, changes arenât guaranteed and may require a return after delivery.
How do I start a return?
Within 14 days of delivery, email Customer Support with your order number and photos/video of the item and packaging. If eligible, weâll provide return instructions. Send the item back in original condition with all accessories, protective films, manuals, and packaging using a trackable, insured service (local courier or EMS).
What items are eligible for return or exchange?
Items must be unused and in the same condition receivedâno marks, wear, or installation damage. All tags, stickers, and protective films must be intact. Returns outside the 14-day window or missing components may be declined. Exchanges are available within 30 days for eligible items.
Who pays for return shipping and how are refunds issued?
Unless required by law or pre-approved by Support, customers are responsible for return shipping. Once your return is received and passes inspection, we process refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3â10 business days to post the credit.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong product?
Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and the item itself, then contact Support within 48 hours of delivery. Weâll assist with a replacement, repair under the 2-year limited warranty (if applicable), or a prepaid return label in cases of carrier damage or Kingwinder error.
